Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and LLC SaaS Evaluator(“Preflight”, “we”) governing your use of the Preflight service at https://www.ideaproof.net(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. One person or organisation may not operate multiple accounts to abuse the free tier.

2. The Service

Preflight produces an automated assessment of a software/SaaS idea across ten “pillars” (market size, demand, competitors, pricing, unit economics, and more), combining third-party market data with AI analysis to return a structured report, scores, and a suggested verdict.

3. No professional advice; no guarantee

Preflight’s reports are informational decision aids generated by automated models and third-party data. They may be incomplete or inaccurate, are not professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and are not a guarantee of any business outcome. You are solely responsible for your decisions. Always apply your own judgement and seek qualified advisers where appropriate.

4. Credits, free tier, and payment

New accounts include one free evaluation. Further evaluations require credits purchased in one-time packs; purchased credits do not expire. Prices and any taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is handled by our payment processor. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you have no right to submit;
• probe, scrape, overload, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service;
• circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or abuse the free tier with multiple accounts;
• resell or republish reports as your own product without permission.

6. Your content and intellectual property

You keep all rights to the ideas you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your submission and the third-party data it generates solely to provide the Service to you and produce your report. We (and our licensors) own the Service, its methodology, scoring, and software; the report is provided for your own use. We treat your submissions as confidential as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and may perform maintenance. We aim for high availability but do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLC SaaS Evaluator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profits damages, or for business decisions made in reliance on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 5. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify LLC SaaS Evaluator against claims arising from your content or your misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are abusive. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
